  • How can I buy on mimanera.com?

    1) Consult. Consult the categories of our products and view further details on each page of the product.

    2) Choose. Chose the size (if the option is available) and add the chosen product at the Shopping Bag by clicking on the button: “ADD TO CART”.

    3) Check before the purchase. Check all the products you have chosen by clicking “CART” on the upper part of each page. To delete a product from your Shopping Bag, click the “DELETE” button (trash can button) 

    4) Purchase. Complete your purchase by clicking on “BUY NOW” and following the instructions to give your delivery address and the payment information.

  • When will you deliver my order?

    For orders before 2 pm (Monday to Thursday) your order will be delivered the next day or the following. However, if the product is not available and it is specially produced for you, we expressly reserve the right to devote one more working day to the delivery of your purchase.
    On holidays there is no delivery.

  • I’ve ordered after 2 pm, when will you deliver my order?

    All orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered after 2-3 working days. On holiday season delivery in not granted.

  • How can I check my order status?

    You can check the state of your order at any time, by accessing the “track my order” section or by your email or SMS if you have provided the correct data.

  • Can I return a product?

    You can return any product purchased on mimanera.com and get a refund, an exchange or a voucher, except the customized products on request. Return shipment is charged of the customer. You must send the product you want to return within 14 days from its delivery date. After 14 days from the delivery date, the products can no longer be returned. It is possible to made a return by reading the “Shipping and Returns” section.

  • How can I change the product?

    You can change or replace the size, model or color. It is not possible to change customized items on request. You can ask for a size change in the “Shipping and Returns” section.

  • How do I know if a product is available in my size?

    There are two ways to check the sizes availability. You can choose the category of product you are interested in and filter by size, or go to the product page where you will find the available sizes in the drop-down menu.

  • Can I order by phone?

    Yes, you can purchase online from our Customer Service by calling the number +39 3804350604. Our experts will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

  • Do I have to create an online account to place an order?

    Registration is not required to place an order. Simply select the option “Proceed without registration” at the time of purchase. Even if not required, the registration offers several advantages. So we suggest you to take a minute to do it. For future purchases you won’t be asked to insert again your information for payment or your address. You can save your favorite products on your Wish list, track your order directly from “My Account”, check the history of your order and make changes to your order at any time.

  • How can I make sure that the order has been placed correctly?

    After placing an order on the mimanera.com website, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. If you don’t receive an email within 24 h from the purchase, please contact MIMANERA Customer Service. 

    If the payment authorization is approved and the product is available, you will receive another email from us where the shipping of your order will be confirmed. 

    In case of lack of data relating to the order, MIMANERA Customer Service reserves the right to contact you for more information.

  • Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

    In order to grant the delivery in the shortest possible time, all the orders are processed in few hours. This makes it impossible for us to accept the changes as soon as an order has been placed.

  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?

    In order to grant the delivery in the shortest possible time, all the orders are processed in few hours. You are kindly asked to communicate it within 11 am, after that time the modification is not granted.

  • Can I add a product to an existent order?

    We cannot add a new product on an existing order, or combine two orders in the same delivery after placing the order on your site. If you want to add a product to your order, simply place a new order for the next item.

  • Which size should I choose?

    For all MIMANERA products a size guide is provided, in which there is a specific guide for all our brands and accessories.

  • Can I still order a product of the previous season?

    Only the models and styles of the online catalogue are available to purchase. Normally the products of the previous seasons are not available anymore. You can give it a try and Whatsapping our Customer Service at the number +39/ 3804350604 and sending the name picture of the model.

  • How can I change “My Account” details?

    You can change your “My Account” details from our website: mimanerashop.com, simply log in using your email address and password. Click on “DETAILS” and update your details. Remember to save your changes.

  • I have forgotten the password. What should I do?

    If you have forgotten or lost your account password, you should create a new one. 

    To create a new password, click on “LOGIN” at the top of each page and click on “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?”

    You should insert the email address linked to your account. You will be sent an email with the link of the page where you can create a new password. 

    If you no longer have access to the email address used for your account mimanerashop.com, please contact our Custom Service for assistance.

  • Can I buy a gift voucher?

    Sorry, but it is currently not possible to purchase gift vouchers from our website mimanerashop.com.

  • Will I pay surcharges or taxes for my order?

    There are no extra charges for UE residents. For non-UE countries you should pay the custom duties for the State in which you live.

  • Will I receive a confirmation when my return has been received?

    When we receive your products at the “Return Center”, we will check if their conditions are still NEW. You will receive an email with the confirmation that the return has been received and the refund will be made with the same method you used at the time of purchase within the maximum term of 14 days. If the order was made with payment on delivery we kindly ask you to submit your IBAN (and BIC – SWIFT code) in order to issue you a refund.

  • When will I receive a confirmation of a refund for my return?

    When the inspection department confirms that the product you returned is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund that will be issued in accordance with the payment method used for the order. If the order was made with payment on delivery, we kindly ask you to submit your IBAN (and BIC – SWIFT code) to issue a refund. 

    Return and refund are not applied for customized items on request.

  • How long does it take to receive the refund?

    As soon as the refund is made with the same payment method used for the order, you will receive an email confirmation. 

    For payments with credit card maybe it can take up to 14 days for the credited amount to be seen. For payments with PayPal method usually the refund can be seen within 24 hours. 

    The processing date of the refund will be the same as that of the initial charge, excluding the costs of delivery, therefore the party who made the payment will not suffer any damage in terms of Bank interests.

    Return and refund are not applied for customized items on request.

  • Can I return a purchased product purchased online to one of your shops?

    Sorry, at the moment we do not give the opportunity to return or change products purchased online at our stores. If you are not satisfied with the product ordered online, you can return it: the costs of return shipment are at our expense.

  • Are the products sold on mimanera.com original?

    Of course, all the products on the mimanerashop.com site are totally original, supplied by the parent companies of the most famous brands of sneakers and reworked directly from our Laboratory.

  • Are the products purchased online guaranteed?

    All products are guaranteed. If you find a manufacturing defect in the products you have purchased, we will repair it or, at our discretion, replace them free of charge.


    Damages resulting from normal use and wear are not considered to be factory defects, as well as damages caused by using the product in a different way than that intended.

  • How can I customize a shoe?

    Clicking on the “CUSTOMIZE” section you can access the detailed information about how to customize your sneakers through our Customer Service directly from the laboratory, by calling or whatsapping us.

  • Which models can I customize?

    The models of sneakers you can customize, are those of the most famous brands: Adidas, Converse, Nike, Puma, Vans, Dr. Martens.

  • What kind of payment does mimanerashop.com accept?

    Outside of Italy we only accept payments by Credit Cards of PayPal.

  • Is it safe using my credit card?

    Of course yes, being handmade products there can be minimal differences in finishes.
